Hi Tim, That would irk me too. You put in the time, did the research they should have done themselves, and it wasn’t even acknowledged. It makes you wonder if they treat their donors the same way.

When I taught little kids in the 1990s, one of the teachers I worked with would say, “Glitter covers a world of sin.” Arts-and-crafts triage.

Yeah, it was a bit annoying. To be clear, the person who contacted me was from what looked like an event planner, not the organization itself.

Gotta love glitter as the arts and crafts triage😂

-Relating to a "rant." (I know I'd have moments where I'd consider the work when money is short) Your rationale is a valid one IMO

-Embracing the breaking a "norm" (I really enjoyed the glitter and undulating surfaces & textures)

-Sharing the space of another artist.
